Instructions

How to Make Tres Leches Cake

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a rectangular baking dish.
  • Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  • Beat the eggs in another bowl until frothy; mix in the whole milk and vanilla.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed. Pour this dreamy batter into your prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining whole milk. Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour this mixture all over it.
