Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb Cooked ground beef
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning

For the Garnish

  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

How to Make Texas Christmas Dip

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine by stirring in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and taco seasoning.
  • Fold in the chopped green onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dippables.
