Instructions

How to Make Sweet Potato Rounds

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and slice your sweet potatoes into half-inch rounds.
  • Toss the sweet potato slices in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Let cool slightly after removing them from the oven.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
