- 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 0.25 cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 0.25 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 5 ounces Mini Marshmallows
How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pierce sweet potatoes with fork and bake for 45-75 minutes until tender. Let cool, then peel and mash.
Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with brown sugar, melted butter, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Combine topping ingredients in a bowl until crumbly: chopped pecans, melted butter, packed brown sugar, and all-purpose flour.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread sweet potato filling evenly, then sprinkle topping over it. Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.
Top with mini marshmallows after 20-25 minutes of baking. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow filling to set.
