  • Place the peach wedges in the hot pan in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  • Carefully flip each wedge using tongs, sprinkle your chosen sweetener over the peaches, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  • The peaches are ready when fork-tender and glistening with syrup. Toss gently for even coating.
