How to Make Sugared Fruit Christmas Pavlova

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whip the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl using an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add the sugar until glossy and stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the white vinegar and cornstarch into the meringue.
  • Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into an 8-inch circle with a dip in the center.
  • Bake the meringue for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave it inside to cool.
  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Spread over the cooled pavlova and top with fresh fruits.
