For the Dip
- 200 g Scharfer Schafskaese
- 150 g Greek Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Flakes to taste
- 0.5 lemons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 handful Fresh Herbs chopped parsley or dill
How to Make Spicy Sheep Cheese Dip
In a mixing bowl, crumble about 200 g of Scharfer Schafskaese.
Stir in 150 g of Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, and the juice from half a lemon.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Finely chop a handful of fresh herbs and fold them into the mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Once chilled, give the dip a gentle stir and serve it with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or crusty bread.
For extra kick, garnish with additional chili flakes before serving.
