Instructions

Basic Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions and mix in the rice vinegar once slightly cooled.
  • Flake the fresh salmon fillets into a bowl and mix with Japanese mayonnaise and Sriracha.
  • Layer the sushi rice evenly at the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Spread the salmon mixture evenly over the rice layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and nori strips before serving.

Notes
