How to Make Spaghetti Garlic Bread
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water to keep the dish moist.
While the spaghetti cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
Stir in the chopped parsley into the garlic butter. If using dried parsley, add it a minute earlier to help release its flavor.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the drained spaghetti with the garlic butter mixture. If it seems dry, add a splash of the reserved pasta water for creaminess.
