Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • If using raw chicken, boil, poach, or grill until fully cooked—about 25-30 minutes. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice dill pickles, celery, and onion into small pieces. Finely chop fresh dill.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Add chicken, dill pickles, celery, onion, and dill to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are coated.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve on leafy greens, in bread, or with crackers. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
