Instructions

How to Make Salmon Rillettes

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake the salmon fillet on a lined baking tray for 15-20 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Cool the baked salmon completely and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine the flaked salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers, and herbs. Stir gently until mixed but chunky.
  • Chill the mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
  • Serve your Salmon Rillettes on crisp baguette slices or crackers, garnished with extra herbs.
