Cooking Steps

  • Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the filling and seal using toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  • Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Cook the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
