Instructions

How to Make Rotisserie Chicken Stuffing Casserole

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces, discarding the skin and bones.
  • Sauté diced onion and celery in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until soft and aromatic.
  • Combine the stuffing mix, shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, and low-sodium chicken broth in a large bowl and stir until moistened.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese into your stuffing mixture.
  • Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the stuffing mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Cool the casserole for a few minutes before serving.
