Instructions

How to Make Pumpkin Spice French Toast Roll-Ups

  • Flatten each slice of bread gently using a rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Whisk together the eggs, whole milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
