How to Make Pumpkin Pecan Cobbler
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until combined.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing well to form a thick batter. Transfer it into an 8-inch casserole dish for baking.
In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle this sweet and crunchy topping evenly over the batter.
Carefully pour the very hot water over the entire cobbler dish without stirring.
