For the Pastry
- 2 sheets Puff pastry thawed for easy rolling
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
For Sweetness

Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface until smooth and slightly thinner.
Cut each sheet into triangles of about 4-5 inches at the base.
Add chocolate chips or almond paste on the wider end of each triangle, if desired.
Roll up each triangle from wide end towards the pointy tip and curve into crescent shapes.
Arrange rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
Optional: Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
