  • Pizza stone
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 piece Fresh pizza dough can be homemade or store-bought

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces Burrata cheese torn into pieces
  • 4 ounces Thinly sliced beef prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons High-quality honey for drizzling
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out your fresh pizza dough to your desired thickness. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
  • Brush the edges of your dough with olive oil to create a golden crust.
  • Bake the dough for 8 to 10 minutes until it starts to set but doesn’t brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and dollop the torn burrata cheese evenly over it, followed by layers of beef prosciutto.
  • Generously drizzle honey over the pizza, and finish by sprinkling fresh basil, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to warm the burrata, or serve immediately for creaminess.

Notes

For best flavor, drizzle honey just before serving to maintain its sweetness. Optional: Garnish with extra fresh basil leaves.
