Instructions

How to Make Passionfruit Cheesecake

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth then mix in the sugar.
  • Stir in sour cream, passionfruit pulp, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  • Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly open.
