Chicken Mixture
- 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Tender chicken
- 4 ounces Cream cheese Rich creaminess
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Savory depth

Coating
- 2 large Eggs For binding

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
Shape the mixture into balls the size of golf balls.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and place breadcrumbs in another. Dip each ball in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Arrange breaded balls on the baking sheet with space in between.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, checking temperature reaches 165°F.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
