How to Make Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected.
  • Spread a thin layer of softened butter or mayonnaise on the cut sides of the rolls.
  • Mix the grated sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese, well-drained crushed pineapple, and diced ham in a medium bowl.
  • Layer the bottom half of the rolls on a clean surface, buttered side up, and evenly spread the cheesy filling over the top.
  • Press the top half of the rolls down gently, buttered side down, over the filling.
  • Cut the entire slab into individual mini sandwiches, ensuring they remain connected at the bottom.
