Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar.
  • Fold in the cornstarch and white vinegar gently.
  • Spoon the meringue onto the baking sheet, shaping it into a round disk.
  • Bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes until dry to the touch.
  • Leave the meringue in the oven to cool completely.
  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and prepare the segmented fruits.
  • Top the cooled pavlova with whipped cream and arrange the citrus segments on top.
