How to Make Holiday Chocolate Macarons

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  • Sift together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  • Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar while whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the sifted dry ingredients into the meringue gently.
  • Pipe small circles of batter onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the macaron shells rise and form feet.
