  • 1 cup Onion Chopped for savory taste.

For the Gravy

  • 1 cup Gravy Homemade or store-bought for gooey center.

How to Make Gravy-Stuffed Stuffing Muffins

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  • Sauté chopped celery and onion in a skillet over medium heat with melted butter until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth in a large bowl. Stir in sautéed veggies and mix thoroughly.
  • Fill each muffin cup with the stuffing mixture, leaving some space at the top.
  • Pour gravy over each muffin until just filled, being careful not to let it spill over.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and allow cooling slightly in the tin before serving.
