Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Peel the bananas and cut each into two or three shorter pieces.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana piece.
  • Arrange the banana pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  • Spread crushed graham crackers in a shallow dish and have mini marshmallows ready in another dish.
  • Melt the chocolate until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into a deeper, narrow container for easy dipping.
  • Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Quickly roll or sprinkle the chocolate-coated banana in the crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
  • Return the decorated banana pops back to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Continue the dipping and decorating process for all remaining banana pieces.
  • Pop the baking sheet back into the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm the chocolate coating.
