For the Salad
- 4 Mixed Greens a mix of arugula, spinach, romaine, or kale
- 2 Red Apples cored and sliced
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Walnuts toasted
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
For the Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
