How to Make Fairy Kisses

  • Mix all the ingredients by combining 200 grams of marzipan with a few drops of food coloring in a mixing bowl. Knead gently until your marzipan is beautifully even in color.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls or kiss-like forms, aiming for about 2.5 cm in diameter for each piece. This is where creativity sparkles, so feel free to shape them as you like!
  • Melt 150 grams of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Use short bursts of 20 seconds, stirring in between until it’s silky smooth. If your chocolate is too thick, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to achieve that perfect pour.
  • Dip each marzipan shape into the melted chocolate with a fork, ensuring they're fully coated. Gently let the excess chocolate drip off before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
