Ingredients

For the Flatbread

  • 1 piece Flatbread Use store-bought or homemade

For the Toppings

  • 2 medium Fresh pears Select ripe but firm
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese Crumble generously
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts Adds crunch
  • 2 tbsp Honey For drizzling

For the Finish

  • 1 cup Fresh arugula For topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the baking sheet by placing your flatbread on parchment paper.
  • Slice the pears thinly and arrange them on the flatbread.
  • Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese over the pears.
  • Sprinkle the chopped walnuts across the flatbread.
  • Drizzle honey over the flatbread, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Top with fresh arugula after baking.
  • Slice into squares or wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Serve drizzled with extra honey for added sweetness.
