How to Make
Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, combine sugar and cinnamon, and dip the rim into the mixture.
In a small saucepan, mix water, sweetener, cinnamon stick, star anise, and whole cloves. Simmer for about 5 minutes and steep for 15-20 minutes before straining.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, orange juice, and cooled spiced syrup. Optionally, include non-alcoholic tequila alternative.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the outside feels frosty cold.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, being careful not to disturb the rim.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, rosemary, and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
Use freshly squeezed lime juice for best flavor. Avoid over-sweetening and adjust syrup to taste.
