How to Make Crispy Zucchini Grilled Cheese Melt

  • Toss sliced zucchini with salt and pepper, allowing it to rest for 10 minutes to release moisture, ensuring a crispier texture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sauté the zucchini for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread. On the unbuttered side, layer half the cheddar and mozzarella, followed by cooked zucchini, remaining cheeses, and another slice of bread, buttered side up.
