For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth

For the Finishing Touch

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley or thyme chopped

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper generously on both sides.
  • Sear the chicken in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet with the remaining butter until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well and let it simmer.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or thyme before serving.
