For the Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened

For the Cranberries

  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries provides tartness

  • 2 tbsp Milk or orange juice to achieve consistency

Instructions

How to Make

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and the optional orange zest in a medium bowl.
  • Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate it into eight triangles.
  • Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over the wider end of each triangle.
  • Sprinkle approximately a teaspoon of cranberries over the cream cheese filling on each triangle.
  • Roll each triangle starting from the wide end towards the narrow tip.
  • Place the rolled crescent bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and puffed.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar with milk or orange juice in a small bowl for an optional glaze until smooth.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing and a smooth filling. Avoid overfilling to prevent spillage while baking.
