For the Phyllo Cups

  • 12 cups Phyllo dough delicate and flaky

For the Filling

  • 8 oz Brie cheese cubed
  • 1 cup Fresh cranberries coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For the Optional Drizzle

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter

Instructions

How to Make Cranberry Brie Thyme Phyllo Cups

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Arrange the phyllo cups on the baking sheet and lightly brush each cup with melted butter.
  • Mix cranberries, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Fill each cup with a cube of Brie and top with the cranberry mixture.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the Brie is melted and the phyllo is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
