For the Brownies
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chopped

How to Make Cosmic Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt the unsalted butter over low heat in a medium saucepan.
Once melted and glossy, whisk in the granulated and brown sugars until creamy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, salt, flour, and cornstarch, and then gradually combine with wet ingredients.
Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set and center is slightly soft.
Heat the heavy cream until it simmers, then stir in chopped chocolate until smooth.
Pour the ganache over cooled brownies and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle rainbow chocolate chips over the ganache and press gently.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
