How to Make Christmas Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly.
Mix together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of your greased dish.
Spread half of the creamy filling over the layer of dough.
Roll out the second tube of crescent roll dough on top of the filling; spread the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly.
Cover the top layer with leftover dough from the second tube; brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown; let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
