Brownie Batter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
- 2 large Eggs large
- 1 tbsp Red food coloring (gel)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Oreo Swirl
- 1 cup Crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and let it cool slightly.
Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a bowl until well blended.
Combine the eggs one at a time into the melted butter, adding vanilla extract and red food coloring.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, then gently mix in the crushed Oreos.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Optionally, sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top before baking.
Store brownies in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
