How to Make Christmas Red Velvet Cake Roll
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy, then add oil, vanilla, and red food coloring.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Invert onto powdered sugar-dusted towel.
