Ingredients

For the Pinwheel Filling

  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter the star ingredient
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar adds sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder infuses chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter makes filling smooth
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips optional for crunch

For the Base

  • 4 large Flour tortillas canvas for pinwheels

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and prepare a clean workspace.
  • Mix the filling in a bowl: combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Stir until smooth, then add cocoa powder and mix well. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  • Spread the filling onto tortillas, leaving a little space around the edges.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to create a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
  • Unwrap pinwheels and slice them into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange on a platter.

Notes

For best results, chill the pinwheels for at least an hour before slicing. They can be garnished with a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
