For the Pinwheel Filling
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter the star ingredient

Preparation
Gather your ingredients and prepare a clean workspace.
Mix the filling in a bowl: combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Stir until smooth, then add cocoa powder and mix well. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
Spread the filling onto tortillas, leaving a little space around the edges.
Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to create a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
Unwrap pinwheels and slice them into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange on a platter.
