How to Make Christmas Carrot Cake Loaf
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the room temperature eggs with oil until smooth. Stir in the freshly grated carrots.
