Brownie Base
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter can substitute with almond or cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
Baking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Blend together the black beans, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder in a food processor until perfectly smooth.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Cool the brownies in the pan for at least ten minutes before slicing them into squares.
