Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Strawberry Layer

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries pureed

Matcha Layer

  • 2 tablespoons Matcha powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth and fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Dissolve matcha powder in hot water and mix with half of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer strawberry and matcha mixtures over the crust, swirling for visual effect. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool completely in the pan, slice into bars, and serve chilled.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a dusting of matcha.
