How to Make Beef Bacon Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice your pitted dates open on one side, creating a pocket.
  • Fill each date with goat cheese using a spoon or a small piping bag.
  • Wrap a strip of beef bacon around each stuffed date.
  • Arrange the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle honey over the warm dates as soon as they come out.
